Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Dawn / Dusk designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
